ALEXANDRIA, Ala. (November 17, 2023) — Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) — a Southern-based Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) known across four states for its unique, fresh, handmade food — announced today that it will reopen its doors in Alexandria this Wednesday, November 22, at 4:00 a.m. To celebrate the grand opening, a ribbon cutting with be held at 10:00 a.m. with local Chamber and community members in attendance.
“We’ve worked quickly to get our Alexandria location back up and running in order to serve the local community better than ever before,” Jack’s CEO Todd Bartmess. “The countdown is on, and we are excited to bring ‘back, back, back’ more of what people love with even greater customer service.”
The Alexandria location partially closed in September for remodeling and has since been reoutfitted in the Jack’s Southern Charm architectural design, which is highlighted by a large dining area and a window for guests to watch biscuits being made from scratch — a nod to Jack’s homemade, crave-worthy, Southern favorites.
“From our fresh, never frozen chicken, handmade biscuits and hand-spun shakes, Jack’s is sure to be an Alexandria favorite once again. And with our new design, customers can enjoy quality food coupled with even higher quality service,” added Bartmess.
In honor of Jack’s return to Alexandria, the Jack’s app will house online exclusives, prizes and promotions for the following 12 weeks post opening.
