Ideas policy

At Jack’s Family Restaurants, Inc. (“Jack’s”) we highly value our customers and we welcome our customers’ comments and feedback regarding experiences at our restaurants and our products and services. However, we ask that our customers not send us unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials because our company policy prohibits us from accepting or considering such submissions.

Unsolicited Ideas

Jack’s is an innovative company that actively works to develop creative ideas of its own pertaining to marketing, products and services, technologies, and other aspects of our business. To preserve our ability to innovate, Jack’s does not accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, or materials from outside the Jack’s system including, but not limited to, ideas regarding new or improved advertising, new or improved products or services, new or improved technologies, artwork, or other ideas or materials.

Due to the volume of unsolicited ideas and suggestions, Jack’s must adhere to its policy of not accepting or considering any unsolicited ideas, and not compensating anyone for unsolicited ideas or materials of this nature. This policy is not intended to limit comments and feedback from our customers. Rather, it is intended to avoid any future misunderstandings about creative ideas should Jack’s independently develop or already have developed a marketing idea, product or service, technology, or other item that may seem similar in some respect to any idea of a customer or other party.

Terms of Unsolicited Idea Submission

If, despite our policy, you submit an unsolicited idea to Jack’s, then you agree that: (1) your idea and any materials submitted will immediately upon submission become the sole and exclusive property of Jack’s, without compensation to you or any other person or party; and (2) Jack’s can use the idea and materials for any purpose and in any way. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an unsolicited idea to us.
