Location will feature brand’s Digital 2.0 designed to enhance onsite customer experience
Memphis, TN (January 29, 2024) — Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s), a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) network headquartered in Birmingham and boasting more than 250 locations across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi, announced today it plans to open its 21st Tennessee-based location in Memphis, TN before the end of February.
Memphis Jack’s — 3770 E. Shelby Dr., Memphis, TN— which had its ground-breaking in September of 2023, will be the first Jack’s in the city of Memphis. The location will house Jack’s Digital 2.0 design, which features a double drive-thru for customers to order Southern, home-style food at record times.
“We are excited to bring hearty Southern food, smiling faces and friendly service to the people of Memphis,” said Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess. “We designed this location with our customers in mind and look forward to providing them a convenient way to enjoy quality food”
Guests can expect menu items such as made-from-scratch biscuits, hand-breaded chicken and made-to-order burgers. The Southern Staple is known for their Big Jack, which features two juicy all-beef patties topped with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo—served up on a toasted premium artisan bun. Jack’s also boasts a wide breakfast menu that is sure to be the best in town.
“We couldn’t be prouder to expand our Tennessee footprint into Memphis,” added Bartmess. “We have served Tennessee and its communities for 36 years and always look to bring our “All About The South” brand to new locations in the state.”
