The 21st Georgia location features new digital 2.0 design for quicker service
DOUGLAS, GA (August 25, 2023) — The Douglas location of Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) officially opens its doors to the public Monday, August 28, at 5:00 a.m. The first 50 customers in line will receive free breakfast for a month.
This is the newest restaurant for the Southern Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand, which is headquartered in Birmingham and boasts more than 240 locations across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi.
The newest Jack’s location on 1340 Bowens Mill Rd incorporates the brand’s new digital 2.0 design, allowing for quicker guest service through its double drive-thru feature.
“We’re thrilled to open in Douglas and bring our delicious, handmade food to the community,” said Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess. “We encourage anyone in or near the Douglas location to come out today and enjoy our Southern-styled menu and top-notch customer service.”
To celebrate the newest Jack’s opening, the Jack’s app will house various online exclusives, prizes and Douglas-specific promotions for the next 12 weeks. In addition to exclusive offers, Jack’s is also currently offering the customer favorite Mushroom & Swiss Burger for a limited time. The burger features two all-beef patties and is topped with grilled mushrooms, onions, melted Swiss cheese and savory gravy.
