Jack’s Celebrates America’s 250th with Red, White & Blueberry Treats

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Jun 19, 2026) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) is celebrating America’s 250th birthday with the launch of two new limited-time menu items made for summer: the Red, White & Blueberry Sundae and the Blueberry Biscuit, available at all locations beginning Wednesday, June 24.

The Red, White & Blueberry Sundae is a patriotic treat layered with Jack’s scratch-made biscuit, strawberries and blueberry waffle cone ice cream. The sundae will be available for $3.49 while supplies last.

The Blueberry Biscuit features pops of blueberry baked into Jack’s signature handmade biscuit and is topped with a sweet icing glaze. Guests can enjoy the Blueberry Biscuit for $1.69 or add one to any combo for $1.29. The Blueberry Biscuit will be available through August 11.

“At Jack’s, we know summer celebrations are best served with a little Southern flavor,” said Billie Jo Waara, CMO of Jack’s Family Restaurants. “Our red, white and blueberry treats give guests a sweet way to celebrate America with the Official Biscuit of the South, a flavor they can only find at Jack’s.”

Made for backyard barbecues, road trips and fireworks season, the limited-time treats bring a festive twist to Jack’s Southern favorites with bright berry flavors and the brand’s beloved biscuit at the center of every bite. Both items will be available at all Jack’s locations in store, online at eatatjacks.com and through Jack’s All About Rewards app beginning June 24.
