Opening day of 170th Alabama-based Jack’s celebrated with community.
CITRONELLE, AL. (Nov. 14, 2022) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s), a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) network headquartered in Birmingham and boasting more than 220 locations across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi, today opened in Citronelle, marking the brand’s 170th location in the state of Alabama.
“We are honored to serve another community within our great state with our homemade, Southern-styled menu,” said Jack’s Family Restaurants CEO Todd Bartmess. “We encourage everyone in the Citronelle community and surrounding areas to come by the restaurant today and experience the quality taste we are so proud of.”
To celebrate the Citronelle Jack’s opening, the restaurant is November 16th. Additionally, the Jack’s app will house exclusive online giveaways, prizes and promotions for the next 12 weeks.
Located at 19545 N. Third. St., the new restaurant features the Jack’s Southern Charm architectural design launched by the brand earlier this year. This design allows guests to watch their biscuits being made from scratch through a large window inside the restaurant. Additionally, an open-style dining room equipped with large seating areas for dine-in guests, outside porch seating areas – complete with rocking chairs – and a drive-thru also highlight the location.
Jack’s is not only working to bring Southern, homemade food to the Citronelle community, but the brand is also establishing itself as a strong community partner. To show their continued support of Citronelle, Jack’s will be hosting the Azalea Trail Maids. Any nonprofit or local organization in the area seeking fundraising alignments or sponsorships are encouraged to visit eatatjacks.com/donations for more information.
“We value more than just quality food items,” added Bartmess. “We truly care about the communities we enter, and we are working to invest in Citronelle and the people who live and thrive here.”
The opening of the Jack’s location in Citronelle coincides with the restaurant’s current menu offering of hand-breaded chicken sandwiches; all new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, fan-favorite Cheesy Bacon Chicken Sandwich, and the classic Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Customers can dine in or place their order for pick up at eatatjacks.com.
