Jack’s Family Restaurants to Open New Memphis Location Monday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (Aug. 21, 2026) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) will open its new Memphis location on Monday, Aug. 24, at 5 a.m., introducing the brand’s Southern inspired menu to Austin Peay Highway. As part of the celebration, the first 50 guests will receive free breakfast for a month.

At 3385 Austin Peay Hwy, the new Jack’s will mark the brand’s 295th location overall. The opening will create 50 to 60 jobs and bring Jack’s fan favorites to the community, including scratch-made biscuits, hand-breaded fried chicken and made-to-order burgers.

Jack’s offers dine-in, drive-thru, mobile ordering and event catering in a setting designed for gathering, with rocking chairs on the front porch, round tables by the fireplace and a biscuit viewing window where guests can watch the Official Biscuit of the South made fresh each morning. Beginning on Monday, guests can also access eight weeks of exclusive in-app offers through Jack’s All About Rewards app.

The new restaurant will operate under the following hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday–Saturday: 5 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Sunday: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
