1.The Jack’s Loyalty Check-In Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on June 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Eligibility and How to Enter:

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are enrolled in the Jack’s loyalty program.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Jack’s loyalty members may enter the Sweepstakes by checking in through the Jack’s loyalty app at a participating Jack’s location. Each qualifying check-in will automatically generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without checking in through the Jack’s loyalty app, send an email during the Sweepstakes Period to digitalmarketing@eatatjacks.com with your full name, phone number, and local Jack’s restaurant location. Each eligible email submission will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day.

No purchase is required to enter. Entries submitted through either method will have an equal chance of winning.

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. Prize Drawing/Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Administrator will conduct four (4) random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry periods. One (1) winner will be selected in each drawing.

Each winner will receive one (1) Jack’s Gift Card valued at $250.00.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded: $1,000.00.

Entry Period and Drawing Dates

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Limit one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
