Southern-rooted barbecue flavor defines Jack’s approach to its new limited-time menu item
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Dec. 31, 2025) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) announced today the launch of its new Country Rib Sandwich, a limited-time offering built on Southern flavor and tradition. The sandwich is available now at all Jack’s locations.
The Country Rib Sandwich features a boneless-seasoned rib patty smothered in tangy barbecue sauce, topped with pickles and onions and served on a toasted hoagie bun.
Rib-style sandwiches continue to generate strong consumer interest as limited-time menu offerings nationwide. Jack’s entry into the category stands apart through its Southern roots and emphasis on flavor authenticity, drawing from a region where barbecue has long been a point of pride and identity, a staple rather than a novelty.
With Jack’s signature barbecue sauce, the sandwich underscores the brand’s commitment to comfort food rooted in Southern tradition and shaped for today’s cravings.

The Country Rib Sandwich is available for a limited time at all Jack’s locations. Guests can also enjoy the sandwich as part of a value meal with fries and a hand-held fried pie for $6.49.
