BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Dec. 11, 2025) – Jack’s Family Restaurants (Jack’s) announced today the grand opening of its newest location at 2459 Crossplex Blvd. in the Birmingham CrossPlex district. The restaurant will officially open to guests at 5 a.m. on December 17, with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 10 a.m. that morning.
The CrossPlex location marks Jack’s 185th restaurant in Alabama, underscoring how deeply rooted the brand has become throughout the state. With each new opening, Jack’s brings more access to guest favorites like scratch-made biscuits, hand-breaded chicken and made-to-order burgers. The CrossPlex restaurant introduces these signature offerings to a highly active area of Birmingham known for its energy, activity and community connection.
To celebrate the grand opening, Jack’s will offer the first 50 guests in line free breakfast for a month. Guests can also take advantage of eight weeks of exclusive in-app offers through Jack’s All About Rewards App.
