HIXSON, TN — June 17, 2020: When the drive-thru opens at 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, the biscuit maker will have already been there for hours making scratch-made buttermilk biscuits. The newest Jack’s is located at 5933 Hixson Pike.

“We are thrilled to open our newest location here in Hixson, Tenn.,” said Kenny Payne, Area Manager for Jack’s Family Restaurants. “Our team has worked very hard to prepare for the opening and we are excited to meet the Hixson community,” Payne added.

The new restaurant design highlights the importance of community and the South to the Jack’s brand. The restaurant will feature porch seating with rocking chairs and a window highlighting the restaurant’s very own biscuit maker, where guests can see their biscuits being scratch-made.

To celebrate the new Hixson location, Jack’s is hosting the “Five Days of Jack’s”, which begins on June 17 and will continue throughout the week to provide guests with an opportunity to win prizes daily.
