JACK’S HOSTS ANNUAL HOKES BLUFF EASTER EGG HUNT

BIRMINGHAM Ala. – Jack’s Hokes Bluff Easter egg hunt will take place Wed., March 16 from noon – 2 p.m. at the 2000 U.S. Highway 278 location. The free, annual event will include more than 2,000 Easter eggs, live music and dozens of prizes.

“It’s going to be a really fun-filled and fast-paced day with lots of different activities going on throughout the egg hunts,” said Area Manager Sherry Clough. “There will be cake walks and sack races, and we’ll even have a 4-foot-tall oversized beach ball pit for kids to search through for prizes.”

The Easter Bunny and Jack’s Dot mascot will be present with candy, ice cream and cupcakes. Families with cameras are invited to have their photo made with both the Dot and Easter Bunny. With so many families expected to attend, Jack’s has taken every precaution to keep children safe.

“We want to make sure everyone has fun, so will have separate egg hunts and games for the age groups of 0-3, 4-8, and 9-12 years old,” said Clough. “This way, the little bitties have the chance to find eggs and don’t get run over by the big kids.”

Families are reminded to register for a raffle upon arriving to be entered into the drawing for the grand prize.

“This year, one lucky child from each age group will win a new bicycle,” said Clough. “We want kids to have fun and be healthy, and riding a bike is a great way to do both.”

Other prizes include Jack’s T-shirts, coupons, bunny rabbits, candy and more.
