BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Jack’s will expand its footprint in Mississippi by opening a new location in Columbus. The grand opening ceremony for the state’s newest restaurant, located at 1612 Hwy 45 N., will take place Wed., November 20 at 9 a.m. Breakfast will be served, and the ribbon cutting will follow.

“It’s truly exciting to open our doors to the Columbus community,” said Benny LaRussa, CEO and owner of Jack’s. “As a family company, we thrive on developing relationships with our customers. We’re thrilled to be a part of the ‘hospitality state’ and look forward to reciprocating that hospitality by becoming as involved in the community as possible.”

While Jack’s operates more than 120 locations regionally, Columbus will become one of Jack’s four Mississippi locations (locations include Iuka, Red Bay and Corinth).

The Columbus location follows a similar model for Jack’s. The restaurant includes a drive‐thru, is handicap accessible and can seat up to 85. Hours of operation for the store will be Mon. through Thurs. 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fri. and Sat. 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Jack’s features a wide range of menu items, including its signature sandwich: the “BIG JACK”, fried chicken, hamburgers, salads, delicious milkshakes and the award‐winning, made-from-scratch, buttermilk biscuits on the breakfast menu.
